D&I Maturity Model

In Diverse Company Maturity Model™ measures the inclusiveness of an individual, team and organisation.

In Diverse Company’s Maturity Model™ has been developed by our team in partnership with Universities from around the world. The model incorporates a psychometric tool for individuals, teams and leaders and an organisational audit of inclusion practices, policies and processes spanning all functional areas of an organisation.

The constructs of the model are underpinned by psychological and business research in the area of inclusion, it has been piloted across multiple geographies and industries to validate that inclusion is the dimension being measured. By understanding where you are now helps focus on what needs to change.

All elements of the D&I Maturity Model™ are completed via the secure InDiverseCo.™ App, accessible on all devices. Using insights from your organisation’s the Maturity Model™ provides recommended online learning content through our platform to your employees.

Data, reporting, recommendations and future improvements. The organisational, leader and team reports recommend interventions that are proven to shift attitudes, beliefs and behaviours to create a more inclusive culture across your organisation. The tool allows us to understand psychological drivers at an individual, team and leadership level. By understanding these drivers we’re able to provide learning programmes that will not only change behaviours, but also measure progress and growth.
